This is a Senior position so we are looking for someone with lots of experience.

Main Duties

  • Preparation of marketing materials (Flyers, Catalogues and Adverts) 
  • Creating POS and packaging for the shop. 
  • Management of company websites from weekly update to dealing with technical issue. 
  • Experience in Marketing online with knowledge of Google AdWords, SEO and Facebook advertising 
  • Designing and build weekly Newsletter using Constant Contacts
  • Supervising and Coordinating the design of the site.
  • Knowledge of Photography 
  • Image retouching for the new product photography and Photoshoot 
  • IT knowledge is a plus 
  • Google AdWords and SEO 
  • Understanding 1940s and 5os fashion clothing

Skills and experience

  • Good experience with Adobe Photoshop with the ability to create and prepare graphics for the web or print. 
  • Experience in CSM (system management) 
  • Knowledge of web usability and accessibility.
  • Webmaster experience with Dreamweaver is a plus. 
  • Knowledge in HTML and CSS coding 
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, with the ability to lay out visually appealing brochures, reports, white papers and sales collateral such that they are printer-ready, or publishable as PDF. 
  • Basic working knowledge of interactive design from Video to Animation is a plus

As an ambassador of Vivien of Holloway, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Promote and uphold the image of Vivien of Holloway. This includes ensuring you represent the glamour of the brand at all times.
  • Create and maintain a special connection with our amazing customers and strong fan base by offering a unique and personal shopping experience.
  • Retaining customer loyalty by offering a service that goes above and beyond expectations.
  • The upkeep of the shop including housekeeping, general maintenance and stock replenishment.
  • Handling cash etc

The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills and understand the values of Vivien of Holloway.
