We’ll send the voucher direct, if you wish, and send you the receipt. Please note that the minimum amount is £5. Gift vouchers can ONLY be redeemed via telephone order, or in our London store. Not redeemable against discounted items.

Your gift voucher number is found at the bottom left hand side of the voucher.
Can I use a Gift Voucher with other Vivien of Holloway stockists?
No, gift vouchers can only be used in our store in London.
Can I get the cash back from my Gift Voucher ?
Gift vouchers cannot be returned, refunded or the balance converted back into cash. We reissue a smaller gift voucher if you don't spend the full value.
Is there an expiry period for my Gift Voucher ?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
I have spent the money on my Gift Voucher. What do I do with it now?
The gift voucher can only be used once. It is important that you retain your voucher in case you wish to exchange your purchase.
What will happen if I return an item purchased with my Gift Voucher?
There is no refund on purchases made with a gift voucher. You may exchange your item/s, or receive a credit note.
What happens if my Gift Voucher is lost, stolen or damaged?
Please treat your Gift Voucher with care, Vivien of Holloway will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.
Is the voucher transferable?
No, It has to be used by the person whose name is on it.
