Our Sarongs are inspired by 1940s starlet Dorothy Lamour, who starred in a number of South Pacific-themed films and musicals back in the Golden Era.
Our Sarong dresses feature a shaped bodice that's boned for a fabulously vintage bullet shape and a nipped-in waist, a supportive halterneck; and a slim-fitting wrap skirt with a carefully draped waterfall ruffle. They fit and flatter an array of shapes, with the cinch-waist and cleverly-cut skirt perfectly containing your curves, creating them where there are none and concealing any problem areas with ease. This smooth, medium-weight Cotton Sateen fabric drapes elegantly and has a subtle sheen. This fabric has a slight give. Dress it up with a matching or contrasting bolero and slip on a pair of 40s style platforms for a fabulous retro look that's sure to leave you the talk of the town! We're committed to quality and make all of our dresses right here in the UK.
