COVID-19 INFORMATION

Dear customers,

Please be sure to read the below information before ordering.

Here in the UK, we are back in lockdown from the 5th of January. I think we proved last year that we cope quite well under pressure. This time we know what to expect.

We will continue shipping out on Mondays and Fridays from our office.

To make up for delays we are offering Free Shipping on all UK orders over £100, and Free International Shipping on all orders over £150. Returns are still extended to 60 days after your parcel has been dispatched.

There may be a delay with overseas orders depending on your own quarantine restrictions but hopefully, our Royal Mail will be as reliable as ever.

Our London Boutique will be reopening on Thursday, June 10th. The Shop will be open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 10am till 6pm.

To prevent a backlog in emails, please be patient and be aware we use Gmail, which every time you email, your old email becomes a "new" email and we start checking emails with the oldest first. So basically, you are putting yourself to the back of the queue.

Once goods are dispatched you will receive a dispatched email.

If your order is taking longer than expected then first check it wasn't on pre-order. If you order other items with a preorder they will be held back and sent together so if you are in a hurry for the other items please order separately.

Secondly, check with your postal depot, sometimes they just don't leave a card. If you have checked all this, then feel free to email if you haven't received a dispatched email within 10 days of ordering.

Please keep in mind people are working from home. We all care about your happiness so just try and be patient.

If you are on Facebook we have a group called "I have a Vivien of Holloway dress and I love to wear it". This is a very friendly group where people share their experiences and can ask for advice and help as well as buy and sell your collection.

Vivien is the main admin so you can get all the latest news directly from the ladies mouth.

BREXIT CHARGES - EU CUSTOMERS ONLY

From 31st December, please note that UK VAT will be automatically removed at checkout. You may need to pay additional charges for taxes & duty on receipt of goods.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
