This is the first petticoat I've ever bought, and it won't be my last! With a 24" waist, one-size-fit-all things hardly every work for me, so I was skeptical. And I was right - when it came, it was much too big, falling down around my hips and barely staying up. However, I had a tip from the Facebook VOH group, and sure enough, on the outside there is a small slit in the silky waistband where you can pull the elastic out and button it over however much you need to tighten it up! It fits just right now, and, as stated in other reviews, is *very* comfortable. 26" length, which fits perfectly under both VOH's circle skirt and Grace dress (haven't tried it with any of the others yes, but I'm sure it would be perfect for them, too!). This is all the petticoat you'll ever need...now I just need it in every other color! XD
