Fabulous secrets you may not know about our Halter top.
1 . If it fits you everywhere else but is a little bit tight on the bust you can undo the tucks in the centre and this will give you a whole bust size.
2. If the neck band is too tight or too long you can undo the tacking at the side and move it to a more comfortable length

This is a gorgeous piece of clothing which I'm dying to wear with my new VoH white shorts! The pattern and style is so cute and the cut of the neckline screams vintage. In other words, a job well done! One thing I would say (and this has been the case for halterneck VoH dresses I've tried on too) is that the halter strap is very baggy. Perhaps it's a result of my shorter torso, so this heads-up may only apply to people with that body shape too, but I will need to get the strap altered before I can wear it. This is a disappointing extra expense hence only 4/5 stars, but of course clothing companies can't tailor clothes to suit everyone at once! A quick note about sizing: I am a UK 6/8 (leaning more towards 8 for a broader rib cage/shoulders), and ordered a VoH size 10. It is very neat, and is fairly close to the boundary of being too small (however the next size up would be too large elsewhere), so I'll probably attach a hook clip to the top of the zip so that the zipper doesn't come down if I bend forward. Overall, still love the top and happy with my purchase!
