Delivery

UK Delivery Information
UK Standard Delivery We aim to dispatch all mainland UK standard orders within 7 working days. However, during sale or busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you haven't received an email confirming dispatch within 10 working days, contact our Customer Services department. If you're not available during delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery.
A confirmation of shipping will be sent once goods are dispatched. Tracking for UK orders is automatically provided via email, but international deliveries require contacting customer service for tracking information.
International Delivery Information:
We ship worldwide using ROYAL MAIL AIRSURE and ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR, with shipping costs calculated by weight. Delivery times vary by location.
Postage FAQ:
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation via email. If your national courier can't obtain a signature, they'll leave a card for re-delivery or collection. Delivery requires a signature, but if no one is available, any signature at the address will be proof of delivery. We deliver to most countries worldwide, with rates calculated at checkout.
Customs or import duties are charged upon parcel arrival in the destination country, and the recipient is responsible for payment. We're not liable for lost or damaged goods sent by you, so use a reputable courier for returns.
To our US customers: for your convenience, customs duty fees are pre-paid and already included in the shipping price at checkout.
Pre-orders:
We offer pre-orders to prevent stock shortages, with estimated shipping times listed. Delays may occur, but severe delays will prompt notification and options for affected orders.
Returns:
Return items within 28 days if not satisfactory, using the return form provided or by including your name, order number, and request. Certain items (e.g., pierced products, hosiery, swimwear) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We're not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels, so use recorded delivery.
Refunds exclude shipping costs and customs duty fees, unless due to manufacturing defects or our error. Items must be unworn, with original labels intact. Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported to returns@vivienofholloway.com.

Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
