It's a beautiful long flowing circle skirt that you can pair with anything and a waist belt to complete the look. First out of the package it felt a little stiff and boxy, but after ironing it and wearing a couple times it softened up nice. My waist measures at 26 inches pulled tight, or 28 inches loose. I ordered the size 28" and it fits perfect with room to tuck in my shirts.
