The Role

Based at our North London studio, you will be involved in both customer service and orders processing. You will be expected to approach each task with care, efficiency and a positive attitude.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email and telephone
• Order processing, packing and dispatch
• Coordinating shipping and courier arrangements
• Supporting the office team in the smooth day-to-day running of the studio
• Assisting with a variety of ad hoc tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly and professional manner, with excellent communication skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• A team player who is happy to support others
• Good basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• An understanding of shipping processes (we are using Royal Mail)
