We would like to inform you of the specific measures we are taking for your safety. 
First we would like to thank you all for your continued patience and support during this difficult time.
 
• We have health and safety measures in place in our warehouse to assure safe deliveries. We are working hard to process the parcels with the minimum of delays. Our office is still only open on Mondays and Fridays, these are the days your orders will be mailed out. We are not able to offer next day deliveries at the moment.  We thank you for your patience. 
 
• We have extended our return period to 60 days from the day your parcel has been shipped. 
 
• Our office staff are working from home, so we are still not able to answer the phone. Please contact us by email to info@vivienofholloway.com for any queries and we will be happy to help. Emails are dealt with in date order so sorry if you have a little wait for a reply. We are answering emails and processing returns on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We hope for your understanding in regard to any possible delays that might occur. We do have a facebook group (I have a Vivien of Holloway dress and I love to wear it) that you may find useful general questions.
 
Our London shop has re-open on appointment.
 
We will be starting an appointment based opening for our London boutique beginning on Friday the 14th of August. We will be offering hour slots for your visits.

We will reply with possible days and times and also a few guidelines we have in place in order to keep our customers and staff safe.
