We would like to inform you of the specific measures we are taking for your safety. 
First, we would like to thank you all for your continued patience and support.
• We have health and safety measures in place in our warehouse to assure safe deliveries. We are working hard to process the parcels with a minimum of delays. Our office is still only open on Mondays and Fridays. These are the days your orders will be mailed out. We are not able to offer next day deliveries at the moment.  We thank you for your patience. 
• Our office staff are working from home, so we can still not answer the phone. Don't hesitate to contact us by email at for any queries, and we will be happy to help. Emails are dealt with in date order, so sorry if you have a little wait for a reply. We hope for your understanding regarding any possible delays that might occur. We do have a Facebook group (I have a Vivien of Holloway dress and I love to wear it) that you may find helpful general questions.
