The email will have been sent to the email address with which your Vivien of Holloway account is registered. Also, a copy of your tracking number will be in order history in your accounts area. If you are yet to receive a confirmation order and are concerned about the progress of your delivery, please contact the Customer Services department.
For other destinations than the UK, once your item has left the UK, Royal mail hand it over to the relevant country's postal authority. They deliver it on their behalf. That is the reason why we can't provide you with a tracking number.
