How do I return an item?

If you decide once you receive the item that it is not as described or simply not to your liking we offer a full return and refund policy (Excluding delivery charges).

Please make sure the returns form included in your parcel contains all the information required.

If you have misplaced the returns form, you can download one here.

 

The Items must be returned back to us within 14 days from receipt*. We have extended our return period to 60 days due to COVID-19.

When returning items please ensure that they are packaged the same way that you received them. Please make sure items are carefully wrapped so that they complete the return journey intact. All labels must still be attached.

Return using recorded delivery postage as this will allow you to track your parcel back to us, as we are not liable for any missing/damaged parcels sent back to us.

We advise returns to be made by standard postal service to our PO Box

Couriers such as DHL or UPS will not deliver our PO address, in this case, you can send returns directly to our shop but please be aware this does take quite a bit longer as the parcel then has to be sent to our office. So please use registered mail for our PO address. 

Please note - We do not refund delivery costs incurred for sending items back to us.

If we have sent you a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at returns@vivienofholloway.com and we will refund you the postage fees.
