How do I return an item?

If you decide once you receive the item that it is not as described or simply not to your liking we offer a return and refund policy (Excluding delivery charges and customs duty fees).

Please make sure the returns form included in your parcel contains all the information required.

If you have misplaced the returns form, you can download one here.

The Items must be returned to us within 28 days from receipt.

When returning items, please ensure that they are packaged the same way you received them. Please make sure items are carefully wrapped so that they complete the return journey intact. All labels must still be attached.

Return using recorded delivery postage, as this will allow you to track your parcel back to us. We are not liable for any missing/damaged parcels sent back to us.

Please note that we also do not refund delivery costs incurred for sending items back to us.

If we have sent you a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at returns@vivienofholloway.com, and we will refund you the postage fees.
