Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Our website prices are shown without VAT. Please note that additional taxes or import duties may be applied by your destination country upon delivery, and the recipient is responsible for these charges.

Any import duties, customs charges, handling fees and local taxes are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. They are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the relevant customs authority or delivery carrier.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please note that any customs duties, import charges, handling fees or taxes paid in connection with your order are non-refundable, even if the order is returned. Original shipping charges and the cost of returning goods to us also remain non-refundable, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
