Delivery Information

UK Deliveries

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are dispatched from our office within 5 working days. We use UK Tracked 48, which takes 2 working days after dispatch. If you're not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for re-delivery instructions.
  • Next Day Delivery: Place your order before 1 pm for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day and dispatched on Monday if placed over the weekend.

International Deliveries

  • Shipping Options: We offer Royal Mail Airsure and Royal Mail Signed For services for international deliveries.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Customers: Our website prices are shown without UK VAT.
    Depending on your country, import taxes, duties, or handling fees may be charged when your parcel arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. These are non-refundable.
  • US Customers: For your convenience, customs duty fees are pre-paid and already included in the shipping price at checkout. These are non-refundable.


Estimated Shipping Times

  • UK: 2 working days after dispatch
  • Europe: 5 - 7 working days after dispatch
  • Rest of World: 10 - 14 working days after dispatch

FAQ

  • Dispatch Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you're not home, your national postal service will leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions.
  • Customs and Import Charges: Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs charges, handling fees and local taxes imposed by the destination country.
    These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the relevant customs authority or delivery carrier.
    Please note that any customs duties, import charges, handling fees or taxes paid in connection with your order are non-refundable, even if the order is returned. Original shipping charges and the cost of returning goods to us also remain non-refundable, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • Changing Delivery Address: We offer the option to ship to a different address, but it's subject to verification for security reasons.
