So if you are a Marilyn fan you will be familiar with this style. That unforgettable photo shoot with the mountie. I have been trying to get this sweater made for 4 years, now here she is.

Made from 100% wool this is one warm sweater.

The neck may seem a little tight when new, but push on in. The fit is amazing and so is the quality. You will feel like Marilyn herself in this gorgeous Sweater.

Finally! A sweet sweater for the cosy season

I waited a lot time to purchase this jumper and it doesn't disappoint, it's a very flattering fit, great length, classy, smart, cosy and extremely warm.
You do need to wear a thin similar coloured garment underneath, a basic long sleeve cotton t-shirt style top does the perfect job.
It is tight around the neck which is highlighted in the details, I tried to give it a good yank to stretch it out a bit more for ease of getting on and off over my head without removing my make-up / mess up my hair in the process but currently there is an ongoing strong resistance, however I hope there will be a bit more give in time. With this in mind you need to have it on before applying make-up and dressing your hair other wise issues and frustration will swiftly follow.
Although a higher price point due to being pure wool, this extra cost is absolutely worth it without question and it's fantastic to be able to buy a quality pure wool vintage style jumper that will be greatly loved, looked after and treasured for many, many years, well done Viv with all the back ground work that went into creating this beauty.
Would love to see other colour options in the future to wear with the trousers and pencil skirts within the VOH range.
