Our Katharine trousers named after Katharine Hepburn as she made the look her own are about as authentic looking as you can get. I have been making these much-copied trousers for over 20 years now. Although the look is authentic the cut has been updated to suit a modern figure. We have some gorgeous flannels including pinstripe for winter with candy coloured crepe for summer. Well we know how much you love our 1940s style trousers so we try to keep the new fabrics coming. The neatly fitted waist and the flowing legs on these pants are completely reminiscent of the glamour of the 1940s. Such a classic shape but also comfortable and perfect for work rest or play. Smart for the office comfy for downtime and classy enough for going out in the evening. We have taken influence from our favourite movie Queens Katherine Hepburn, Rita Hayworth and Doris Day.
